SAKO TNS-100KVA Voltage Stabilizer is the 3 Phase Input/3Phase Output Model of Voltage Stabilizer. With 3 phase Input Voltage ranges from 304VAC~456VAC. Output Voltage: 380VAC+/-3%. Frequency: 50 Hz. Power Factor: 0.8.

Servo Control System: The Automatic servo control system made the system to provide higher accuracy of voltage. this servo motor is controlled by a microcontroller-based servo driver. when the voltage is going down from the minimum range then the servo driver provide command to the servo motor to provide necessary torque movement to increase the voltage to overcome the lower limit. and it maintain the buck boost coil to provide the required voltage to the output. Similarly, when the input voltage is higher than the maximum range then the driver command to the servo motor to provide the required torque movement to decrees the necessary voltage. and the servo motor set the buck boost coil to a position which will provide the fixed required voltage to the output.

Buck boost Coil: The main role of correction of voltage actually played by the buck boost converter. This buck boost coil is actually a variable voltage coil which is driven by the servo motor movement as per required correction of voltage for the output loads connected. Actually, it’s a toroidal type of transformer. by selecting the number of turns of the coil it provides the necessary induced voltage to the output whether it is lower or higher in the output within a range it provides fixed voltage to the output.

Lower input range: When the input voltage or the incoming grid power voltage became less than 170VAC/per phase then it is lower voltage from the range. The Voltage stabilizer starts voltage correction if the voltage became lower than this voltage.

Higher input range: When the input voltage or the incoming grid power voltage became higher than 264 VAC/phase then it is higher voltage from the range. The voltage stabilizer starts voltage correction if the voltage became lower than this voltage.

Connections and metering of the stabilizer: TNS series voltage stabilizer has 3 pcs of analogue single phase voltage metering system for the output phases to measure and show the output voltage. and one 3 phase analogue Amps meter in the output to measure the output Current drawn by the load. There are four indicators in the front panel. 3 indicator indicates the input power of every phase. and another one indicates the voltage stabilizer on/off status. There are 5 Connections in the input and 4 connections in the output. In the Input side 3 connections for 3 number of phases, 1 connection for neutral and 1 connection for Earthing. The Earthing is connected to the earthing nuts of the stabilizer panel body. And in the output site 3 connections to the 3 phase of output circuit breaker, 1 connection for the output neutral bar.

Fault Protection: Voltage stabilizer provides different kind of power fault protection. Such as Over Voltage, Under Voltage, overload is protected by this voltage stabilizer.

Applications: voltage stabilizer is used to power Lift, Escalators, Server and IT equipment’s, Office used electronic devices, home used electronics devices, hospital diagnosis machines, operation theater, physiotherapy, Industrial machineries etc.

Conclusion: Voltage stabilizer is used to provide a controlled fixed voltage to the output load. Voltage fluctuation is occurred in the national grid normally. and this is occured due to the high potentioal load connected and disconnected to the grid line. And it affects the other connecting load to the grid.

Without voltage stabilizer any load may be blown, it may be over heated, electronics circuit may be burnt, motor coil may be burnt etc. so feeding a controlled voltage to the load, voltage stabilizer must use. without it you may loss your valuable production and row materials may be rejected to the production house.
